When will I receive my stitch mail subscription?
Shipments will go out on the 15th of every month!
What if I sign up for the subscription after that month's shipment?
You will receive a shipment in the same month that you sign up for your subscription! Example: if you sign up on May 20th (after May 15th shipment) you will still receive a box for May by the end of the month!
When will I get my order?
This depends on where you live, but we aim for shipments to arrive the same week they are sent out.
Wholesale orders have a 3-5 week turnaround time.
Who designs your canvases?
Founder, owner, and creator, Cassandra Hennessy, designs and paints all of our canvases!
What if I want to cancel or change my subscription?
You can cancel or change your subscription tier at any time by emailing info@threadedtheoriesco.com
